Cabbage Bean & Pork Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 pound pork chops or boneless
  • medium head cabbage
  • 1 to 2 cans (16 oz) B & M baked beans
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Ketchup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In 2 quart pot water 3/4 full, simmer pork 15 minutes. Set aside and skim water. Add shredded cabbage and salt and pepper, cook on low till cabbage is tender. Cut pork from any bone or fat, add to cabbage. Add B & M baked beans, stir, add ketchup to taste.
