Now that I'm making this for the first time; in the third step, where does the sour cream come from?, since I've already used the 1/3 c. called for in the recipe in the second step?

A plastic snack bag with the corner snipped off coud be used to swirl the sour cream, in place of a pastry tube. Quicker and no clean up.
