French Onion Soup
Ingredients
- 4 lg. onions
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 (10 oz.) cans beef broth (or make your own)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- Croutons and cheese
Instructions
Cook onions in butter over low heat for 20 minutes. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Add salt, and a dash of pepper and cinnamon. Serve with croutons and melted cheese.
