Hearty Ham & Lentil Soup
"Ham and lentil soup is scrumptiously filling for those colder months. A hearty hambone soup packed with lentils, vegetables, and flavor. Easily made on the stovetop, in your pressure cooker, or slow cooker. Made with a leftover ham bone from either the Christmas or Easter ham. You could also use a smoked ham hock. This hearty soup is packed with ham, lentils, vegetables, and aromatics like garlic, thyme, and bay leaves. Simply serve with crusty bread and a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley. You could also add some grated parmesan cheese."
