Quick Hamburger Soup
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger meat
- 2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil hamburger meat until well done. Drain. Rinse hamburger until all visible fat is rinsed off. Drain again. Put in large pan, add all other ingredients and let simmer, add fresh celery if you wish, let cook until celery is tender.
