Turkey Sweet Potato Green Bean Soup

"The Old School Ham Bone Bean Soup turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I decided that when our Christmas dinner was over I would try the same method of cooking for our leftover turkey carcass. You probably had a bigger turkey than we did, you may want to use a big stock pot. I added enough water to cover the carcass and added my stock ingredients. I had sweet potatoes in the fridge and decided I’d cubed them up, boil them till tender and add them to the stock. I also had green beans that I had canned from our garden so in they went as well. This made an absolutely wonderful soup, we loved it! "
