- 1 pint brussels sprouts, outer leaves removed, bottoms trimmed, halved
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
