Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoons salt, to taste
- 1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 slice lemon, for garnish
- parsley sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- Put prepared broccoli into a 4-quart (4 liter) saucepan.
- Add 3/4 cup water, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Turn heat down to low, and steam 4 to 5 minutes or until broccoli is just tender.
- Transfer broccoli to the food processor.
