Ingredients

  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 16 ounces package of frozen creamed spinach, defrosted
  • 6 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and saute the mushrooms, celery and onion for about five minutes, until tender. Remove from the heat.
