- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery and tops, chopped
- 3/4 pound cornbread cubes
- 1 1/2 cup vegetarian broth
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon savory
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
