Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
"Slow Cooker Turkey Breast cooks up moist and tender leaving your oven free for all the rest of your sides. Use the juices at the bottom of the slow cooker to make an amazing gravy. Well Thanksgiving is fast approaching therefore turkey will start going on sale very soon. It is a good time to stock up on a few turkeys and put them in the freezer. Be sure to grab a turkey breast so you can try this delectable recipe. This recipe will work with either bone in or boneless turkey breast."

Like my South African compatriot, below, we also find turkey portions very economical - especially in a household of 6! I had never slow cooked turkey before and was worried the breasts might be dry but I was so wrong. They were beautifully tender, full of flavor and the whole family enjoyed the meal.

Yippeeee! Another great recipe for our brand new magical slow cooker! Turkey portions are quite economical here in South Africa and we usually have some in the freezer so I leapt at the chance to try out this recipe. It was exactly as they say above, really "moist and tender" and the sauce we made using the juices was excellent.
