    Turkey Shwarma

    Ingredients

    • Turkey cutlets
    • A few cloves garlic
    • A little garlic powder
    • A little salt
    • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    • Paprika, optional
    • 1 cup water
    • Optional Techina or Chumus

    Instructions

    Saute onions. Cut cutlets into narrow strips and mix with onions. Fry on low flame. Add spices. Add water as needed, cover and cook over low flame about 1 hour or until tender. Use chumus or techina as dip or sauce, if desired.
