    Corn Pudding

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups whole kernel corn
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 4 ounces grated cheddar cheese
    • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
    • 1 Tbsp sugar

    Instructions

    Mix ingredients together and put into a greased casserole dish. Bake 350 deg F for 35 - 40 minutes (until a knife comes out of the center clean).
