Green Peppercorns in Brine
"Green Peppercorns are the raw still green variety of the famous black pepper. We use black pepper daily in our food but have you ever come across green peppercorns? Green Peppercorns are fruity and not that spicy like the black dried corns. They are great in creamy steak sauces and in cheesy dips. To preserve all the goodness and flavors, green peppercorns need to be preserved or they will turn quickly bad. The green strands can be easily canned in brine within 3 minutes and here I show you how to do that at home easily from scratch with my recipe and video."
