Oven Baked Potatoes in Foil with Sour Cream Garlic Sauce

"Oven baked potatoes are the onset of the fun-filled hot grilling days and summer season. These potatoes are wrapped in foil and baked or grilled to perfection. I then create a thick flavorful sauce which serves as a filling to my amazingly soft baked or grilled potatoes. Kids love it, grown-ups love. You can prepare these oven baked potatoes at your next garden party or tailgating event. We usually serve these potatoes and cream sauce with salad side dishes such as a German cucumber salad. I always make sure to prepare these potatoes when we plan on grilling sausages and steaks."
