    Spinach Souffle

    Ingredients

    • 1 box frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
    • 8 oz.s small curd cottage cheese
    • 2 oz.s grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 large egg (or 2 small eggs)

    Instructions

    Mix ingredients thoroughly. Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; serve.
