Sauteed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Put 1 tb each of butter (margarine) and olive oil for each package
- of fresh mushrooms, and heat oil/butter to medium or medium high.
- Put in the mushroom and when they start to give off liquid, add to
- taste the following: basil, oregano, white pepper, black pepper,
- garlic, rosemary, marjoram, sage, thyme and green onions. Cook over
- the same heat until little or no liquid is left in the pan.
