Scalloped Corn
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 TBS sugar
- 1/2 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers
- 1 c. milk
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 can cream corn
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour, or until center is no longer runny. This comes out like a corn pudding and is one of my favorites.
