Double Strawberry Shake
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries (fresh works best but frozen is fine)
- 1/2 c nonfat, 1% or soymilk
- 3 T strawberry preserves
- 3 ice cubes
- 2 scoops plain, vanilla, or strawberry soy protein powder
Instructions
Serves 2. Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend at high speed for about a minute (time will be longer if using frozen strawberries). Serve immediately.
