    Honey Peppered Cranberry Sauce

    I know what you're thinking: Who puts pepper in cranberry sauce? Well, my family does...and once you've tried this homemade cranberry sauce recipe, you will too. It's surprisingly good!

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cup water
    • 1 (12-ounce) bag cranberries
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
    • 1 pinch hot pepper flakes
    • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

    Instructions

    1. Boil cranberries in water until they pop, about 10 minutes.
       
    2. Remove from heat.
       
    3. Add honey, salt, pepper flakes and yeast; mix well.
       
    4. Serve warm (cold is good too).
