Simple Bean Burgers

Ingredients
- 29 ounces pinto beans, canned, drained
- 60 milliliters garlic, chopped
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 3/4 cup cracker meal
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 handful parsley, chopped
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 cup seasoned rice vinegar
Instructions
- In bowl, mash beans by hand or with potato masher.
- Add cracker meal, seasoned rice vinegar, chili powder and egg whites and continue to mash.
- Saute onions, garlic and parsley in olive oil for a few minutes and add to bean mix.
- When well blended, form patties and grill or pan fry until brown. Serve as you would hamburger.
