Vegan Burritos
"Healthy and super tasty vegan burritos. Filled with salsa, beans, guac, brown rice and caramelised onions and peppers. I promise you that you won't miss meat when eating this. Every time I eat a really good vegan or even vegetarian recipe, it just makes me realise that meat is not necessary every single day. And although I don’t know if I could ever become a vegan, I most certainly am a believer that many of us should try to cut down on meat. At least going without it one day a week. I think it is a healthy habit that encourages you to have a balanced diet. And for me personally, it forces me to be a more creative cook and helps me to understand that there are more options than I think when it comes to what ingredients to use."
