I love this cheeseball! It would be a great addition to any holiday table. And the bonus is, this little guy doesn't melt. I served this with some pita chips, and it was delicious. I will definitely be making this again this year!

And you can definitely dress this little guy up with some creatively cut fruits or veggies. Black licorice makes a cute little hat. You could also use a carrot spiral to make a little scarf for his neck. The kids love doing this. It makes him look nice and cozy as the centerpiece of the buffet table.

I may need to get some cream cheese to make this for Christmas. It is a very festive take on a regular cheese ball. For cheese to coat, why limit yourself to mozzarella? Maybe try using Monterey Jack cheese or white cheddar for variety. Swiss cheese is white, but I don't think it would be good in this.

Awwww cute! I have been invited to friends for Christmas lunch. Being the good friends that they are, they insist that I must not bring a thing to contribute to the meal. I couldn't go with nothing and then I saw this little ranch snowman! I'm going to take this with me. with some crackers for us to snack on before the meal. I'm sure it will be a big hit.
