Italian Layered Bake
If you love hot Italian sub sandwiches, Italian Layered Bake is the dish for you. This crescent roll recipe incorporates a lot of the same flavors as a classic Italian sub into one of the best egg recipes for dinner. This layered dish is a perfect filling dinner. If you prefer a more substantial version of the dish, you can double the filling ingredients so that the bake turns out thicker. You will not believe how flavorful this dish becomes after baking for 40 minutes or so. Your family will ask for it again and again!

This recipe reminds me of the one with Hawaiian rolls made into little sandwiches. I love the convenience of crescent rolls. We will leave out the roasted peppers, but everything else is a go!
