Don't you just love it when simplicity comes together with tasty, especially when they meet for breakfast. This California Style Fried Egg Avocado Toast is just that. Fresh, simple ingredients piled up and topped off with a fried egg...yummy. I will admit I have added some shredded cheddar cheese on top at times just for fun.

This sounds really yummy, but given the ingredients, why not go the extra couple of steps and just make up some guacamole? I have a preference for spicy foods, and with making homemade guacamole, it's an easy matter to adjust the heat level to make it as hot or as mild as one would like. Given my fondness for breakfast meats, I would certainly add some crumbled bacon or sausage on top of everything.
