Duralex is known for their quality glassware including these roasting dishes. They are safe to use in the oven, microwave, freezer, and even in the dishwasher. The glass used to make these roasters is super strong and resistant to thermal and mechanical shock. These roasters won't break or crack easily like some dishes. The clear glass lets you showcase your recipes, while also easily allowing you to keep an eye on them while cooking. 

Each of these oval roasters is large enough for a full meal or side dish.
