Autumn Strawberry Salsa

"I only recently discovered I could get local strawberries in the fall, but since strawberries are in many grocery stores year-round you can make this any time! This recipe only requires a few ingredients, and would make a great appetizer, side or even dessert. You could even swap out a couple of the ingredients based on what's available at the time. Enjoy this salsa with chips, over fresh spinach as a salad, or inside a fish taco."
