- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained
- 1/2 cup chooped pecans
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 5 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
- 1 1/2 cup whipped topping

In a large bowl, combine coconut, crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries, pecans, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and maraschino cherry juice.

This recipe for unbelievable 5 minute pie sounds like something I have made in the past or at least a combination of some pie recipes. At any rate, this one sounds delicious and I love the idea of dessert without baking. This one is going into the recipe box.

The ingredients to this pie sound so mouthwatering but the appearance and texture seem like it would be a little less desirable and kinda mushy for my taste. Maybe adding some cream cheese to the filling would help it set up more firmly and just a suggestion since the cherries seem to be the highlight in this pie, perhaps additional cherries could be sliced or chopped up and placed on top for decoration.

You had me a 5-minute. Anything that is quick to make is right up my alley. The list of ingredients is simple and to prepartions seems easy as well. I am not a fan of lime juice. I wonder if I use lemon juice will it really throw of the finished product?

The filling ingredients in this pie are very similar to a cherry fluff recipe that I made before, with the exception that the fluff had mini marshmallow folded into it. My son would probably sneak into the fridge while this was chilling and steal a few bites, since maraschino cherries are one of his favorite treats!
