The herbs I added to this provolone really bring out an extraordinary flavor to this entire dish. This seems like a fancy appetizer that you would order out at a restaurant! There is this one restaurant that I used to live by where every menu item has some kind of flat bread in it. I am excited to make this dish at home and reminisce about meals from there! I wouldn't change a thing- it is a perfect recipe with complimentary flavors.
