Brie Topped with Cranberry Marmalade
Your friends and family will lose their etiquette when they break into a Brie Topped with Cranberry Marmalade. Cranberry topping recipes for Brie are also easier than you think!
Ingredients
- 12 inch wheel Brie cheese
- 3 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup dried currants
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 pinch dry mustard
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 1 pinch cloves
- 1 pinch ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook cranberries, brown sugar, currants, water, mustard, allspice, cardmom, cloves and ginger over medium heat until they cranberries pop.
- Bring to room temperature.
- Take skin off top of brie, but leave 1/4 inch around the edge. Leave all skin on the sides.
- Put cooled marmalade on top.
- Bake until cheese melts, approximately 15 minutes.
- Serve warm with apple and pear slices and/or crackers.
