These are such a cute appetizers to bring to a party and are also really fun as a simple dinner option for the kids! I agree that this is a great way to use leftovers or whip something up quickly if you don't want to run to the store to pick up more meat. Sliders are so trendy lately! I would recommend using a mild cheese to balance out the tangy pickle flavor.

These would be a really fun idea for a summer time lunch with the kids! Since they're not in school, I am always looking to keep it interesting so that my son eats his veggies. A great way to use up the leftover burgers from a barbeque - you could just reheat them and cut the regular sized patties into quarters.

Sweet and tangy. I'm not a pickle fan myself, but after eating a few of these, I'm hooked! We love making these for appetizer parties because they're so easy, inexpensive, and people go crazy for them!

I love how filling these were. Oftentimes, I'll go get snacks at a party and end up a bit grumpy because I'm still hungry. Having a couple of these would actually tide me over until dinner, which makes me very pleased.
