Buffalo flavored anything seems to be a big hit these days. So, it' not surprising to see this wonderful recipe for Buffalo Chicken "Cupcakes." Made in a muffin tin, these cute little bites are the perfect party food and appetizer recipe that will be gone before you even notice. With a hint of Frank's buffalo wing sauce, they have a bit of a kick to them that blends perfectly with cream cheese and blue cheese crumbles. You're going to want to make extras of this fantastic appetizer.

I have four teenaged brothers who live for this slow cooker buffalo chicken dip...this is 100% my next attempt to win them over! Cannot wait to try, how unique!

When I saw these referred to as cupcakes, I had to take a look. I wasn't sure what was going on and when I saw it used wonton wrappers as little bowls, I thought it made perfect sense. This looks like a very simple recipe to assemble and I want to explore the wonton wrappers as mini bowls further. Our local Krogers has a nice Buffalo Chicken Dip that I might try using, though the dip given in the recipe looks good too.

This is great party food for sure. Since I like making everything from scratch, I think samosa dough would be the perfect substitute for wonton wrappers. It's very similar in appearance to wonton wrappers and is made with flour, water, baking powder and oil I think. I'll have to double check the ingredients and quantities though.

If you like buffalo wings, these Buffalo Chicken Cupcakes will definitely be a welcome treat for a change. You will have an appetizer also with chicken ingredients but shredded with lots of blue cheese and cheddar cheese placed in wonton wrapper cups. The crunchiness of the baked wonton wrappers will give this appetizer a different twist that you will definitely enjoy. Thanks for this recipe.
