This is a great and surprising substitution for Buffalo wings. I could easily see serving these to guests and not explaining what they were until they bit into them. I've been playing with alternative fillings for egg rolls and this definitely is one to add to the list. I'd have to adjust the heat level for my wife who is not a fan of hot flavors like I am.
