These are really cute and a great appetizer or snack. When we make these, we normally use the Quorn chicken nuggets which are quite good, and almost indistinguishable from regular chicken nuggets. They passed the grandchild test, so I give them a positive vote. I like the pickle slice and we've also added in a bit of bacon along with the nugget. It's a nice quick snack to make up.
