Cheesy Mexican Fudge
It's always great to see a group of friends enjoying your easy appetizer recipes, knowing that they only took you seconds to make. Cheesy Mexican Fudge is a tasty little cheese bite that is baked to perfection. Mix, bake and enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 jar of Mrs, Renfro's green salsa
- 3 eggs, well beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread half of cheese on 11x9 or 11x7 baking dish.
- Combine eggs and salsa and spread on cheese. Put remaining cheese on top.
- Bake a for approximately 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut in 1 inch squares. Serve on tortilla chips.
