Chicken Jalapeno Cheesy Wontons
"You are going to love this little fried treats! Full of flavor and super easy!Learning to fold these little treats is the hardest part but do not be intimidated. Folding them is a breeze! Put a rounded tablespoon in the middle of the egg roll skin. Yes I used egg roll skins so we could get more of the good stuff in them. Now with a little water on your index finger lightly moisten the middle of each side. Not the corner…. the middle! Now bring those moistened sides together and pinch. Now bring those two points together and close that pocket of goodies. Press all the sides together. You will be left with two folded down sides and two floppy ears. Trim those floppy ears by cutting straight across….as horizontal as possible!"
