BBQ Chicken Poppers
These really couldn't be easier to make. Cook up a batch of chicken poppers using the recipe below, and then slather them with your favorite barbecue sauce. We used Sweet Baby Ray's here, but you can choose any kind you like. No matter what style of sauce you love, it will taste delicious on these chicken bites.
Spicy Chicken Poppers
Do you go crazy for spicy food? Then you've got to give these fiery chicken bites a try! Coat the cooked, crispy chicken in Frank's Red Hot Sauce for a snack that will satisfy your spice cravings.
Parmesan Scallion Chicken Poppers
You can never go wrong with Parmesan cheese. This chicken recipe makes excellent use of the salty, nutty flavor of the cheese. And it adds some scallions for a bit of fresh, herbal flavor. These chicken bites are perfect for those who aren't a fan of traditional hot wings. They'll love this dressed up, cheesy snack!
Honey Sriracha Chicken Poppers
Everyone has a friend who puts sriracha on everything, right? Well, we have to agree with our chile-loving pals this time! This sweet-and-spicy sauce is a delicious topping for chicken poppers (or almost anything).

I am so obsessed with Frank's Red Hot sauce! This looks like the perfect vehicle for it. I've never really made fried chicken before, but I'll have to give this a shot.

These Chicken Poppers (4 Ways) are definitely going to be on the menu for this weekends watching the Indy 500 with family and friends. I love how easy the poppers are to make, and the availability to turn them into a variety of different flavors to please everyone in the crowd. You can't ask for more than that! Go #3 Helio Castroneves.

These were super easy to make, and fun to eat! The small size made them the perfect finger-food appetizer. Next time, I will have some ranch on-hand to use as a dipping sauce :)
