Clam Appetizer Dip
Are you having a party where your guests will be seafood lovers? Try this clam appetizer dip and everyone is sure to say "wow!" This recipe is one of our best cold appetizer recipes.
Ingredients
- 6 1/4 ounces minced clams, undrained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- dash pepper
Instructions
- Drain clams, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
- Mix clams, reserved liquid and remaining ingredients until well blended; refrigerate.
- Serve with potato chips or vegetable dippers.
Variation: Substitute 1 can (4-1/4 oz.) shrimp, drained, rinsed, for clams.
