Well the Nascar cup championship is this weekend so you know the gang will be here for the festivities and of course some good eats. This Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip is going to be great. I love the flavor combination and how easy the preparation is. How can I go wrong with a creamy, meaty Buffalo dip? I think the guys will love these served with some Tortilla rounds chips.

I love Buffalo Chicken Dips, and our local Kroger carries a very good store made one. But I enjoy making my own and this is a very tasty one. My wife isn't a fan of spicy foods, so this is ideal for her. For me, the hotter the better, so I add some additional hot sauce for my portion. This is a really good and easy to make dip that we both love snacking on.
