Easy Antipasta
This antipasta is a great appetizer to serve at your Italian themed gathering. It's easy to make and goes well atop sandwiches and salads for added flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle ketchup (16 oz)
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 bottle gherkins
- 1 small bottle pickled onions
- 2 cans small shrimp
- 2 cans flaked tuna
- 1 small head cauliflower (in florets)
- 1 jar green olives
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop and refrigerate in covered jars.
