    "This oil-free beetroot hummus recipe is delicious, healthy, very easy to make and so pretty! The ingredients you need are beetroot, chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice and a little bit of salt. You can have it as healthy snack or appetizer with bell peppers, celery or carrot sticks. Also, you can use it as a spread on toast. It's great with cape gooseberries but you can top the beetroot hummus toast with any toppings of your choice."
