Easy Corn And Bacon Fritters
"These easy corn and bacon fritters are too good to put down. Crispy on the outside and cheesy and sweet on the inside, these tasty corn fritters with bacon work great as an appetizer or easy meal. You can add additional veggies if you’d like, or even leave out the onion and bell peppers. As a dietitian, I always like to add in at least one veggie to a recipe when I can but here we have three – corn, onions and peppers!"
