    Easy Louisiana Wings

    For a hot and spicy chicken wing recipe, try these fantastic Louisiana inspired wings. Made with the hot sauce that made Louisiana famous and with a splash of lemon, these tangy wings will have you reachin' for your drink.

    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds chicken wings
    • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
    • 6 ounces Crystal Louisiana Hot Sauce (or more if you like very hot wings)
    • Juice of one lemon
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1 stick of butter

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
       
    2. Cut up chicken wings and place on cookie sheets lined with foil.  Bake wings at for half an hour.
       
    3. Meanwhile, melt butter over low heat, and mix in rest of ingredients. Simmer sauce for 10 minutes.
       
    4. Lower oven heat to 375 degrees F and take out wings; brush with sauce.
       
    5. Bake 10 minutes more. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
