Easy Louisiana Wings
For a hot and spicy chicken wing recipe, try these fantastic Louisiana inspired wings. Made with the hot sauce that made Louisiana famous and with a splash of lemon, these tangy wings will have you reachin' for your drink.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
- 6 ounces Crystal Louisiana Hot Sauce (or more if you like very hot wings)
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 stick of butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- Cut up chicken wings and place on cookie sheets lined with foil. Bake wings at for half an hour.
- Meanwhile, melt butter over low heat, and mix in rest of ingredients. Simmer sauce for 10 minutes.
- Lower oven heat to 375 degrees F and take out wings; brush with sauce.
- Bake 10 minutes more. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
