Oven Fried Pickles
"Oven "fried" pickles get baked to crunchy perfection, and just so happen to be gluten-free as well! These healthier, un-fried pickles are next accompanied by a creamy, Avocado-Dill Aioli for dipping! These oven fried pickles are a breeze to make, and cleanup is too. Simply "bread" the pickles while the oven pre-heats. Once you pop them in the oven for 12 minutes, make the Aioli- just throw all of the ingredients in a food processor, give it a good whirl, and viola! Best served immediately, and devoured enthusiastically."

While oven preheats, "bread" the pickles

Place pickles in oven for 12 minutes.

As pickles bake, prepare the Aioli in a food processor, combining all ingredients at once.
