Prosciutto Wrapped Stuffed Peppers
"These stuffed peppers are so easy to make! Simply take off the tops, slice them in half and seed them. Then spoon cream cheese in the filling of the baby pepper. At this point, you can add cheese (parmesan is my favorite), garlic, herbs for a little extra pizazz. OH! Or make them pizza style…okay I think I have a few extra posts coming up in the next few weeks. I don’t believe that this will be the last of the prosciutto wrapped stuffed pepper. I like to cut the prosciutto in half when I wrap the baby bell peppers. I find it works really well. I bake these simple appetizers at 350 for 20 minutes. The prosciutto cooks up nicely, and it’s not as greasy as bacon (although bacon would be amazing as well – especially maple bacon). These appetizers are the perfect party food, but they also make a delicious snack (like for when you watch your favorite show). I’m posting these as a Christmas party/Holiday party recipe but they’re awesome all year round. Make lots, because they go fast."

Whenever my husband and I have friends over for movies or video games, I like to serve a couple of simple appetizers and cocktails. (when the kids are in bed) I frequently make those bacon - wrapped jalapeno poppers, and I like to include some of the sweet mini peppers for those that don't like things too spicy. They're always a big hit!
