Salmon wellington?! Never heard of that one before but I really like it! Beef wellington always reminds me of watching Hell's Kitchen! Chef Ramsay would scream whenever the beef wasn't prepared perfectly. In this recipe, it's just as important for the salmon to be prepared well. Especially since the flakiness of the salmon pairs so well with the flakiness of the puff pastry!
