A winner for Christmas Eve. This Fried Calamari with Homemade Garlic Aioli is so easy to make, and thanks to the video tutorial impossible to do wrong. I love the light fresh flavor of the garlic aioli with the lemon, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. The seasonings added to the flour for breading the calamari add a depth of flavor. Can't wait to serve this to the family this Christmas Eve.
