Mango Avocado Salsa
"You might have tried a mango salsa or an avocado salsa. But have you thought about putting these two together for a mango avocado salsa with all fresh ingredients? Ingredients like fresh avocado, freshly diced mango, small red onion, fresh cilantro, and fresh lime juice not only sound refreshing but also give the salsa a very vibrant color. Doesn’t this affect your mood in a positive way? To me, it totally does. In addition to snacking on it with tortilla chips, I love putting this mango avocado salsa on my seafood such as fish tacos, shrimp tacos, and salmon. If you get a chance to make this simple salsa recipe, leave a comment and let me know how you enjoy it. Happy salsa making!"
