Mini Cocktail Party Meatballs

Ingredients
- Meatballs
- 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Dipping Sauce
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
- pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste
- Garnish
- grape tomatoes, halved
- green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Mix all meatballs ingredients together and form tiny meatballs.
- Pan-fry them on medium high heat with olive oil for about 7-10 minutes. Flip them over after 3 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients of dipping sauce together, pour it into serving dish and sprinkle chopped green onion on top for garnish.
- Skew each meatball with party toothpick and add half of grape tomato on it. Do the same with all the meatballs and grape tomatoes.
