Baked Ham & Eggs with Tomato
"Easy, quick, low carb Baked Ham and Eggs are perfect for feeding company for breakfast. Gluten free and low calorie too. Literally you pop all the ingredients into an oven safe ramekin and bake. I added a little chopped tomato, because I love, love, love tomato with eggs. I am always looking to add vegetables to any dish. Love these breakfast bowls of goodness. The tips of the ham get a little crispy and cradle for the runny eggs"

I'm so happy when I find gluten free recipes. I love, love, love tomatoes too. There are lots of gluten free recipes on the web but I find that most of them take so long to prepare and the recipes are endless. This is a simple recipe and looks so delicious. I can't wait to try it.
